We conceived a 'here today gone tomorrow' concept for the Saturday in Design 2011 installation.
Inspired by three current trends and concepts - POP Culture, POP-up and Up-Cycling - we transformed the showroom into a POP-up bar and a DJ lounge.
We created custom displays for Cafe Culture, Light Culture and Warwick Fabrics’ latest ranges. We also designed the ‘Saturday’ stool seen here, available from Cafe Culture.
Throughout the day, attendees were invited to submit to the Up-Cycling Competition for the opportunity to turn their trash into treasure, while Sydney House Mafia hosted the DJ lounge, playing Ibiza's hottest tracks.
